From Brazil to San Diego — A journey of faith, learning, and mission!

This week, we were blessed to spend time with Kleberson and Diulien Alves, a devoted couple from Brazil who come from a different Christian tradition and are now exploring Lutheran doctrine with openness and curiosity. They are prayerfully considering joining our Lutheran Mission Society San Diego team of mission leaders.

Our time together was filled with honest conversations, prayer, and joy as we walked through the foundations of Lutheran teaching and what it means to live missionally in this context. We’re taking this journey slowly and intentionally, trusting that the Spirit is leading every step.

Please keep Kleberson and Diulien in your prayers as they continue this season of discernment and learning. We are grateful for their heart for the Gospel and excited about what the Lord may be preparing through their lives.
