Back to Best Practices — Together

For the third year in a row, Lutheran Mission Society San Diego was represented at the Best Practices for Ministries Conference in Phoenix—and once again, we didn’t come alone.

Each year, we make it a point to bring some of our missionaries and friends with us. This time, Pastor Tardelli (Missionary Director) and board members Dave and Dawn brought some along, while others came with their congregations or family members.

We had hoped to stop for a big group photo… but honestly, everyone was too busy—attending sessions, learning, reconnecting, and making new friends. That’s a good problem to have.

So instead, here’s a collage of some of our missionaries and a few moments along the way—just a small taste of what this conference was like: full rooms, meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and renewed encouragement for the mission God has placed before us.
