Brown Bag Project #3

Last Saturday, something simple—and deeply meaningful—happened.

We gathered for our third Brown Bag Ministry event at Hope Lutheran Church, where volunteers came together to prepare bags filled with essential items for our neighbors experiencing homelessness in San Diego. Each bag was packed with care, carrying more than supplies—it carried dignity, compassion, and a reminder that no one is unseen.

Under the leadership of Kaleena Christensen and Eleanora Moeller, the team then went out into the community to personally deliver these bags. What followed were not just distributions, but moments of connection—conversations, prayers, shared stories, and the quiet breaking down of barriers.

It’s in these small, faithful acts that the love of Christ becomes visible.

Grateful for everyone who served, gave, and showed up.

And yes… we’re just getting started.
