A Weekend of Calling and Consecration in Tijuana
This weekend was a beautiful glimpse of what God is doing at Iglesia Luterana Cristo Redentor in Tijuana.
On Saturday, 8 young men who are prayerfully considering the path toward pastoral ministry gathered to receive a special visit from Prof. Pastor Walduino Littig Jr., representing Seminario El Reformador. He began the process of mentoring and conducting initial interviews with them. What a meaningful step for the future of the Church!
On Sunday, the celebration continued with the consecration of two faithful servants: Deaconess Diana Valenzuela and Deaconess María Cristina Monson. It was a day filled with gratitude, joy, and the presence of God among His people—followed by a wonderful time of fellowship together.
We give thanks to the Lord for raising up workers for His harvest and for the blessing of His work among His people. We also give thanks for the opportunity to support and walk alongside Pastor Job Jiménez in mentoring these future servants of the Church.
“Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Matthew 9:38)
