Lutheran Pastors Gather for Encouragement and Fellowship
On July 15 in San Diego, Lutheran pastors from across the region came together for a time of deep encouragement and rich fellowship.
We gathered to hear God’s Word, to worship together, to receive the Lord’s Supper, and to lift one another up in prayer and conversation. Moments like these remind us that we are not alone in ministry—we walk together, united in Christ and committed to the mission He has entrusted to His Church.
We’re especially thankful to Grace Lutheran Church – San Diego for graciously hosting the gathering, and to Pastor Brian Thomas, who led us into God’s Word and guided our discussion with wisdom and clarity.
At the Lutheran Mission Society of San Diego, we deeply value opportunities like this. Unity and collaboration among pastors, leaders, and congregations are not just good ideas—they are essential for the mission of God to move forward in our communities.
It was also a joy to share updates on how the Mission Society is walking alongside local congregations and leaders, equipping and encouraging them to reach the lost, serve the vulnerable, and proclaim Christ.
Thank you to all who made this morning possible. Let’s keep moving forward—together.
