Training the Facilitators – Preparing for Mission Accelerator 2025!

Beginning of August, the Lutheran Mission Society San Diego hosted the training of facilitators for our upcoming Mission Accelerator program — a transformative experience for leaders in San Diego and Tijuana, launching September 2025.

The Mission Accelerator is designed to help ministry leaders:

Clarify the vision God has given them

Identify the next steps to bring that vision to life

Build a practical roadmap for Spirit-led ministry growth

We were blessed to welcome Pastor Aaron Putnam from the Bay Area, who came to equip our facilitators for this important work. Thanks to his investment, our 2025 cohort leaders — Pastor Richard Ross and Pastor Josh Pascua — are now trained and ready to guide participants through this journey of vision and mission.

We believe God will use this program to launch ministries that impact lives for eternity. The harvest is plentiful… and we are preparing the workers.
